How do I use my coupon code or store credit?

In order to use a coupon code or a store credit as a payment you just need to apply the code that you received in the cart page. The box to introduce it is right under the last product on the list. After inserting the coupon code, click on the “Apply Coupon” button.

What happens if my blazer doesn’t fit?

We created a “Made to Order Warranty” for all the garments purchased through our website. With this service, you can be sure you will be happy and satisfied with your purchase.
Furthermore, in the event your garment doesn’t fit you, we advise you to visit a local tailor, and we will cover a portion of the alteration costs.

Can I order fabric samples?

If your concern is related to being able to see our finished product and touch the quality of our fabrics, we encourage you to order fabric samples. With them you can double check their quality, warmth, comfort, shades and shines. To order fabric samples please send us an email at customerservice@theblazerbar.com, including fabric names and codes. Fabric samples are free of charge, but there is a 5 euro surcharge for shipping and handling.

Do you have stores?

We don’t have any physical stores yet, but as our next step, we are planning to open different ateliers in major cities. Stay tuned for more updates.

Do you have an affiliate program?

We do not have an affiliate program yet, however we are planning to have a customized one in the near future in order to have the brand promoted all over the world.

Where do you produce your custom-made products?

Our master tailors and their teams are located in a small town near the city of Naples in Italy. We are very proud of our Made in Italy production that allows us to support our local economy by offering
new job opportunities. Not to mention, that our brand is inspired by the tradition of Neapolitan artisan tailoring, a tradition where the hand-craftsmanship and the use of exclusive fabrics have always been fundamental.

I want to make a change in the style or to the fabric of a product

Due to the fact that every product is 100% individually custom-tailored and handcrafted just for you, we do not offer refunds. This is standard practice for custom-tailored products as there is no resale value. Therefore, we are sorry to inform you that once an order has been placed it cannot be changed anymore.

I want to make a size exchange.

We offer product exchange only in the case of size modifications. You can learn more about our exchange policy here.

I want to change my samples order

We are sorry but we cannot change your sample order.

I want to get a refund for my order

Due to the fact that every product is 100% individually custom-tailored and handcrafted just for you, we do not offer refunds . This is standard practice for custom-tailored products as there is no resale value. Therefore, we are sorry to inform you that once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. However, we do offer refunds for our Ready To Wear garments. You can find more details about our Ready To Wear refund policy here.

My product has a quality issue or is not exactly how I ordered (missing product, extra, different style…)

If you were to receive a garment that is defective or damaged, we kindly request that you contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of the receipt of your order, by sending an email to customerservice@theblazerbar.com. Our Customer Service department will arrange the return and process the replacement or the refund procedure depending on the request.
